Key Qualifications:

Energy audits of commercial buildings and enterprises including cooling and heating equipment, measurement and verification, project manager, energy efficiency, energy management expert.

• More than 18 years of experience in the field of energy efficiency and conducting of energy audits as Expert or Consultant, Project Manager, and Team Leader; Energy Auditor;

• More than 12 years in providing training in the field of energy audits ad energy efficiency;

• Expertise in in the field of supply and demand of energy and resources;

• Technical expertise in energy and resource efficiency, renewables, technological solutions for decarbonization (energy and resource efficiency measures, as well as alternative/innovative solutions and circular economy measures) in various key economic sectors;

• Strong understanding for the domestic and international energy, resource and environmental policy/regulatory landscape and relevant markets;

• Experience in developing sector level targets, including energy and resource efficiency

• Monitoring of the compliance with all regulatory energy efficiency of the building (specific indicators, the values of the thermal resistance of enclosing constructions, engineering systems, etc.)

• Assessment of the technical solutions to:

- increase thermal resistance of enclosing structures: control over their implementation;

- improve energy efficiency of heat supply systems of buildings (replacement of boilers, installation of heat recovery units, frequency regulation, the use of alternative energy sources, etc.);

• Implementation of energy management in residential and public sector, installation of automatic monitoring and control of energy resources, development of guidelines for the operation of such systems at the facilities.
